cneuralnets.xyz is a public portfolio and publishing site. it does not provide user accounts, accept payments, or collect information through an on-site contact form. if you choose to send email, the message, sender address, and any information you include are delivered through your email provider and may be retained as part of the correspondence. do not send secrets or sensitive personal data that are not needed for the conversation.

the site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page views and interactions such as opening a listed paper, project, or article, changing the theme, and copying a code block. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration. the site also loads Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used and where the interface causes difficulty. these services may process device, browser, network, cookie, and interaction information under their own terms and privacy policies.

the light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser under the key neuralnets-theme. it is used only to restore that preference on later visits. pages contain links to external services such as GitHub, X, YouTube, arXiv, Medium, Gumroad, Google, and Microsoft. after you follow an external link, that service controls its own data practices. you can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, tracker blocking, or JavaScript settings. questions about this policy can be sent to cneuralnets@gmail.com.
